Presentation Instructions

  • Presentation length should not exceed a total of 15 minutes (12 minute presentation + 3 minute Q&A).
  • Do not include proprietary or confidential information in your presentation and seek any required approvals from your institution in advance.
  • Avoid commercialism/advertisement in your slides.
  • You session chair will be reaching out to you to prior to the conference.
  • Be prepared to email your presentation to your session chair at the speaker’s breakfast on the morning of your talk.
