Hotel Information
The Nightly Resort Fee of $20.00 plus tax will cover the following amenities:

The Group Rate covers all guest sleeping room costs, including service fees, but is exclusive of applicable sales/rooms tax and state recovery fee, currently a combined 14.55%. Housekeeping and other gratuities will be at guest discretion.
Airport transfer to/from hotel is not provided.
Baggage will be stored at no charge for early arrivals and late departures.
Early Bird pricing for registration is available for all attendees until the author registration deadline on April 1, 2025.
On April 2, 2025, registration fees will increase to the Regular rate for all attendees until May 2, 2025.
On May 3, 2025, registration fees will increase to the Late (Door Registration) rate for all attendees through the conclusion of the conference on May 30, 2025.
Conference Registration Includes:Presentation and Publication of up to 2 Paper Submissions, continental breakfast for presenting author on the day of presentation, luncheons and electronic copy of conference proceedings.
One Day Registration Includes: Luncheon on day of registration and electronic copy of conference proceedings.

Author Registration Deadline: April 1, 2025
Each Conference Registration (including student registrations) is valid for TWO paper submissions.
Each Paper Submission may contain up to 10 pages.
Conference Policies
Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by May 20, 2025. There will be an administrative fee of US$50 deducted from each refund.
Substitution Policy: All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to the following email address support@ieee-itherm.net no later than May 20, 2025. There will be an administrative fee of US$50 for each substitution.
IEEE Membership Discount Policy: Attendees who selected an IEEE Membership discounted rate but are not members at the time of the conference will be charged the difference between member and non-member registration rates plus a processing fee of US$50. The IEEE Membership Validator tool can be used to verify your IEEE membership status.
Recording Policy: Attendees, including presenting authors, are strictly prohibited from recording or streaming presentations in any form (audio, video, still photography, etc.) without permission from ITherm. You are encouraged to follow up with presenters in between sessions to discuss their work or request additional information.
Photography Policy: Attendees, including presenting authors, are strictly prohibited from recording or streaming presentations in any form (audio, video, still photography, etc.) without permission from ITherm. Attendees are encouraged to capture memories of casual meeting activities with the permission of those being prominently photographed.
