ITherm 2025 Call For Papers

Submission Portal Opens: August 19, 2024

Abstract Submission Deadline: September 16 September 30, 2024

Submission of Abstracts

  1. To submit an abstract, or revise your submission, please visit https://itherm2025.exordo.com/
  2. For a new account, select “Create account”. If you already have an account simply log in using your previous credentials. Please save your login credentials as you will need them to check for status of your abstract/paper and submit papers.
  3. After logging in, “Submit your Abstract now” on the main page.
  4. Click “New Submissions”
    1. Click Start Workflow
    2. Choose Track from the 4 choices. Consider reviewing the Call for Papers to make your decision
    3. Enter Title and Abstract (500-word limit with no figures, tables, or graphs)
    4. If the main author is a student, please select Yes for “Is this a student submission?”. Enter author information for all authors.
    5. Enter a short biography for the presenting author(s)
    6. Choose a Topic closest to your work. You may choose maximum of 4 Topics. This selection helps us put your abstract in the right session and match it with appropriate reviewers.
  5. Once the abstract is submitted, you may review the submission in “My Submissions”.
  6. Once the acknowledgement email has been received; the contact author can now login into the https://itherm2025.exordo.com/ paper management system at any time to check the status of the paper.

If you wish to submit another abstract, please repeat steps 4-6
